It's a place full of history and answers-- but the Tulare Historical Museum now needs your help as it pieces together a puzzle.
James and Mary Angell found the picture seen above, in a home they rented along M Street.
The picture appears to have been taken in 1916, and features a man in a military uniform.
"It is very thrilling for me to help people piece together history," says Linda Ruminer, who works as an archivist-historian for the museum.
