"Bubbles & Baubles"- 32nd Annual Christmas Tree Auction | Community Spirit

Generosity and grandeur are combined in Bubbles and Baubles – the 32nd Annual Christmas Tree Auction– set to kick off Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Visalia Convention Center. 

Hosted by the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, the Christmas Tree Auction has become a legacy in Visalia as local non-profits have used this black tie celebration to advance their mission through the donations they receive from the event.  More than four million dollars has been raised for local charities in the last 31 years and we look forward to kicking off the 2012 holiday season in a spirit of tremendous giving. Last year’s event brought in nearly $300,000 in donations, underscoring the significance of this annual event and its impact on the budgets of local non-profit organizations.

While the focus will continue to be on the trees and the charities, we will once again include a fully-catered, sit-down dinner as part of the “VIP Experience” (5:30 – 11:30 pm) as well as the live tree auction, dancing, hors d’oeuvres, and wine tasting.  Pricing has been reduced across the board this year: $125 for the VIP ticket; $60 for general admission (8 – 11:30 pm; includes dancing, hors d’ouevres, and wine).

Volunteers are preparing to decorate more than 16 live Christmas trees to be auctioned off for the benefit of the following local charities:
